Calendar mapping
Every meeting scored on duration, attendees and timing — the load you're actually carrying.
Ukonik connects to your Google or Outlook calendar and converts your schedule into a daily performance load score — so you always know when to push and when to recover.
Every meeting is scored on duration, attendee count and timing, then combined with your own check-in. The result is a single daily figure — never shown without a breakdown.

One number for the day, with a one-tap breakdown of exactly how it was calculated.
Critical Spike, Sustained High and Recovery Due fire before a bad week becomes a bad month.
A short written read on the week's pattern — what drove the load and what to change.
Nervous System Reset, logged against your score so recovery shows up in the data.
Defends your calendar, schedules breaks and protects recovery time — with your approval.
SignalEight rules watch the shape of your schedule — spikes, sustained highs, missing recovery, late finishes, back-to-backs. You hear about the pattern while there's still time to change it.
On Signal, Ukonik proposes the change and waits for you. It finds a real gap, drafts the block, and only writes to your calendar once you approve that specific event.
Your day has a long back-to-back stretch. Add a 15-minute break at Ukonik Break (15m)?
4:00 PM – 4:15 PM
Ukonik only works if it can see your schedule. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what stays private.
What we read: event start time, end time, duration, attendee count, and title — used only to calculate your daily load score.
Your event titles stay private. They're shown only to you — never to other users, other people's calendars, AI prompts, or logs.
What we write — only when you approve it. You can have Ukonik add a 15-minute break to your calendar, and Signal can propose focus or recovery blocks. You can also edit the title or time of an existing event right from Ukonik — we never touch attendees, and every change is written only after you tap to confirm it, using generic titles like "Ukonik Break (15m)" that never expose the events around them.
You're in control. Ukonik never creates, edits, or deletes an event without your confirmation, and you can disconnect any calendar at any time from account settings.
Ukonik's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
